Eva is a fast paced, tapas style restaurant located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City.
We're in search of outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who we can train to become a part of the team. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customers at high-volume establishments. A successful candidate will be able to work with a team, in addition to independently and be capable of solving problems quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain rapport with guests in order to facilitate their dining experience.
- Complete side work.
- Handle food with care and present it in an appealing manner.
- Converse with guests; promote beverages and dessert items.
- Balance meal orders with kitchen orders to ensure timely delivery of meals to guests and minimal food waste.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your role involves taking orders, serving food, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Utilizing your core skills in POS systems and food handling, along with premium skills in time management and fine dining experience, you will enhance guest satisfaction.
