This means we work with small and medium-sized businesses to advertise and promote the best of the community in every market we are in.
We are looking for a Market Operations Specialist to join our team and help us maintain our “best of” contest data. The primary responsibility of this role will be to accurately input and verify information for the businesses participating in our contest.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately input business names and photos into the designated systems or databases.
- Conduct thorough verification of contestant information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in managing the scheduling and publication of social media and digital marketing content.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve team objectives.
- Communicate effectively to clarify instructions, seek guidance, and provide updates on progress.
- Assist customers with inquiries timely and efficiently via email.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid time management skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
-Experience with Social Pilot, Meta Business Manager, or similar.
- Some college coursework or equivalent work experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of office work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internet tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
