Highland Baking Company is hiring Sanitation Team Members across multiple shifts.
1st Shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
Overtime, weekends, or holidays may be required based on production needs.

The Sanitation Team Member cleans and sanitizes production and packaging equipment, tools, and facility areas while following safety, food-safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
This physically active position requires standing for 8–12 hours and regularly lifting 50 pounds or more.
Clean and sanitize production and packaging equipment.
Disassemble, clean, and properly reassemble machinery.
Clean conveyors, walls, ceilings, fans, lights, floors, and drains.
Pressure-wash dough troughs, bins, containers, and oven racks.
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and wear required PPE.
Follow lockout/tagout and food-safety procedures.
Clean offices, maintenance areas, lunchrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
Report safety, equipment, or food-safety concerns immediately.
Complete sanitation records and other assigned duties.
Previous sanitation or food-manufacturing experience is preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and basic OSHA requirements is preferred.
Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work in hot, cold, wet, or confined areas.
Ability to use pressure washers, hoses, ladders, and hand tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
