This will be an in-person position based in our brand-new office in Mount Pleasant!
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will use your insurance expertise and sales abilities to help clients identify and secure coverage solutions that meet their unique needs. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and contribute to agency growth through effective sales and retention efforts.

Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage details to secure optimal solutions for clients while meeting company objectives
- Manage sales administration tasks such as policy documentation and customer records
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain current ones, enhancing overall business growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy features, and resolving issues promptly
Experience
- Valid P&C insurance license with proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales environments
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, telemarketing, or related customer acquisition roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward customer service excellence

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
