This is true storm restoration sales. You'll work a combination of self-generated opportunities and warm leads, inspect roofs after training, and guide homeowners through the insurance claim process. Once the claim is approved, our in-house team manages the insurance process so you can stay focused on what you do best - selling.

What You'll Do
You'll work directly with homeowners following storm events to identify damage and help them begin the insurance restoration process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospect neighborhoods and develop your own pipeline while working qualified opportunities.
- Perform roof inspections after completing training.
- Identify storm-related damage and educate homeowners on their options.
- Close restoration projects and submit insurance claims.
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing coaching and field support.
Ladders and safety equipment are provided so you have the tools you need to perform the job safely and professionally.
Earnings and Career Path
You'll receive two weeks of paid training before transitioning to a draw program that helps support you while your pipeline grows.
Monthly performance bonuses include:
- $500 at approximately $100,000 in monthly gross sales
- $1,500 at approximately $150,000 in monthly gross sales
- Up to approximately $4,000 at $200,000 in monthly gross sales
