Event Lead Associate - Client-Focused & Hospitality-Driven
Grant’s Farm is looking for a talented, people-focused Event Lead Associate to organize outstanding and memorable events. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event execution, including client coordination, internal communication, event setup and breakdown, developing seating and décor plans, and evaluating event success post-execution.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong event management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as our success relies on delivering events that meet and exceed each client’s unique expectations.
What You'll Do
- Under the direction of the Senior Events Coordinator, identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
- Coordinate with all internal departments and outside vendors to ensure the execution of flawless events.
- Lead a team dedicated to event execution on the day of the event.
- Manage and oversee the set-up and take-down of the event, working with multiple departments.
- Provide day-of customer service to the clients and their guests when the event is being executed.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards and ensure quality.
- Be available to the client as the lead point person during the event for any requests or feedback.
- Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings and feedback.
- Other duties as assigned.
