Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Services Manager to lead our service operations. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of rehabilitation and testing equipment while delivering exceptional customer support to hospitals, universities, and professional athletic organizations.
. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of independent biomedical engineers and field service technicians globally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the delivery of timely, high-quality technical support, including advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex medical equipment issues.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and servicing of medical devices in line with healthcare regulations and manufacturer standards.
- Drive service profitability through effective budget management, cost control, and revenue forecasting aligned with business objectives.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.
- Manage relationships with dealers and distributors service organizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contractual agreements.
- Lead installation, upgrade, and service-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure full adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal quality management systems.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and company representative to external stakeholders
- Support sales and commercial teams with technical insights and solution advisory
Educational Qualifications, Certifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical leadership experience
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial management and budgeting responsibility
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
