Summary
We are seeking a passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team at KLA Schools in the Lakeway/Bee Cave area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that inspire curiosity and creativity.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in their developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration and discovery.
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in childcare.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- First aid certification is a plus.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
