About Us:
At Care Security Systems, we provide innovative security solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee security system projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage security system installation projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, including field technicians and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Monitor and control project risks, issues, and changes to maintain project progress.
- Maintain project documentation and schedules, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in the security systems industry, preferably as a field technician, installer, or administrative officer.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with security systems (e.g., video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and ensure project success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
