Sales Management Trainee
With our continued, rapid growth in the greater Birmingham area, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with a desire to help others and develop themselves as leaders. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales management. This program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your leadership abilities within our sales team. This position is an entry level management position, with the ability to advance into senior leadership quickly.
Duties:
- Acquire new clients using our proven methods
- Service of existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Development of new representatives
- Reports on field activity
Prerequisites
- Strong customer service skills
- Self discipline and excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. (preferred, not required)
- Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
