As a Manager, you will be responsible for all operations, providing leadership, and daily direction to the client service associates, massage therapists, and coaches in our studio. This critical position must have a solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, the Manager must execute a lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase wellness & fitness programs, our massage therapy sales, & promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. This leader must pose a high caliber approach to coaching and staff development. You will be integral in assisting the founders grow Generator’s vision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly managing and exceeding all Generator sales quotas.
- Assist in leading and coordinating ongoing sales drivers (outside studio events, studio events, partnership outreach)
- Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems
- Compliance and adherence to Generator Business Policies for daily studio operations
- Monitor the training and scheduling of all Generator studio staff
- Responsible for on-boarding all new Generator employees
- Assist in developing a high energy culture through contests and incentive based motivation
- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
- Train and mentor staff for ongoing success and future growth
- Ensure Generator branding through consistency and continuity in all actions
- Assist in empowering, monitoring and evaluating specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team and fitness team
- Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company required outreach programs
OPERATIONAL DUTIES:
- Enforce Generator policies, business practices, systems and processes.
- Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Guest Registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and document scanning
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
- Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues
- Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis, using Generator tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound.
- Responsible for checking and ordering inventory
- Responsible for every facet of operations of the facility and the staff
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven sales leadership REQUIRED!
- Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
- Min 2 years of previous sales experience required
- Min 2 years of studio management experience required
- Previous experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommended
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
- Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
- Strong computer skills required: Our main operating system is Mind Body Online (MBO) and you must have a strong working Knowledge of Google Docs, CRM and other softwares
- Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
- Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
- Health & Fitness minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferred
