Replenishment Specialist/Inventory Control
A fast growing food manufacturer company of ours is looking for an excel guru who is great with numbers and be able to have very accurate inventory reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with warehouse, packaging, and procurement operations; provides necessary product quantities, correct orders, and on-time deliveries through proper daily production scheduling of packaging and processing materials.
- Maintains multi line product replenishment from vendors and suppliers at competitive market pricing.
- Maintains adequate inventory levels to ensure superior service levels
- Ensures all deliveries are prepared in accordance with requirements and all documentation is prepared correctly.
- Interacts and communicates both written and verbally with sales force, customers and vendors in a timely and informative manner on market conditions, delivery schedules and product information.
- Ensures efficient and adequate flow of goods.
- Supports business units’ goals of quality, safety, productivity, and customer service.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent excel user – Advanced experience
- Inventory experience
- Food Industry experience
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Proficient on Microsoft 365
- Bilingual skills a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
