Jubilee City Movers is hiring Drivers / Professional Movers to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can safely operate moving trucks, lead crews, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role requires strength, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive 16 ft., 20 ft., and 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites.
- Lead or assist moving crews on residential and commercial moves.
- Properly pad, wrap, protect, and load customer belongings.
- Ensure trucks are packed efficiently and securely to prevent damage.
- Perform walk-throughs with customers before and after each move.
- Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the day.
- Complete daily truck inspections and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude on every job.
- Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations.
- Assist with packing, unpacking, and handling specialty items as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Required)
- Clean driving record (Preferred)
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to lift 100+ pounds repeatedly.
- Moving, warehouse, delivery, or truck driving experience preferred.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Weekend availability is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles.
- Experience leading a moving crew.
- Knowledge of furniture protection and proper loading techniques.
- Familiarity with hand trucks, straps, ramps, and other moving equipment.
