We are seeking Full Time Physical Therapists (PTs) to support our therapy teams in the New Madrid and Dexter, Missouri areas, serving collaborative and resident focused skilled nursing environments committed to quality care and strong team culture.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Maintain excellence in documentation, compliance, and clinical quality
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care
- Support New Madrid and Dexter area facilities as needed

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Active Missouri PT license or eligibility
- Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
