No! You don't need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you'll need to be successful!

Is this commission only?
No – We provide an insurance industry competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities.

Should I apply if I don't currently have an insurance license?
Yes, you should still apply as we will help assist you with the licensing process. We do require an active P&C and L&H license for this position. You need to able to obtain within a specified timeframe.
Making Outbound calls to Agency Provided Leads.
Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
