Redmax Events is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse & Event Set-Up/Strike Staff to assist with the preparation, loading, installation, and breakdown of event activations, displays, signage, and custom-built experiences.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a team that creates unique event experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks for events and installations
- Prepare, organize, and stage event materials in the warehouse
- Assist with event setup and breakdown at various locations
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Follow event timelines and directions from project leads
- Ensure equipment and materials are handled safely and properly
- Travel to event sites as needed
- Drive trucks/vans onsite to events
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Forklift Certified
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to our warehouse
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Typical Work Schedule / Hours
- Typical warehouse hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Start times vary based on event schedules
- Occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends required

This is a physically active position that offers a different experience every week, with opportunities to work both in our warehouse and at exciting event locations.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
