Paul J. Cazeault & Sons Inc. is seeking an experienced Architectural Metal Craftsman to join our team. If you're passionate about craftsmanship and enjoy creating beautiful custom metal work that will last for generations, we'd like to meet you.
For nearly 100 years, our company has built a reputation for exceptional quality throughout Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts. We fabricate and install custom architectural sheet metal for high-end residential and commercial projects using our state-of-the-art fabrication shop and field equipment.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate and install custom architectural sheet metal.
- Perform precision copper work, including flashing, valleys, gutters, chimney caps, decorative details, and soldered assemblies.
- Fabricate and install standing seam metal roofing systems.
- Work with copper, Freedom Gray, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and painted metals.
- Read blueprints and fabricate custom components from shop drawings or field measurements.
- Operate brakes, shears, rollers, seamers, and other fabrication equipment.
- Install finished products with an emphasis on craftsmanship, durability, and appearance.
- Work alongside a team that takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of architectural sheet metal fabrication and installation experience.
- Strong copper fabrication and soldering skills are required.
- Experience with standing seam roofing systems is preferred.
- Ability to fabricate complex custom flashings and architectural details.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and safety conscious.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
