Horsham Center for Jewish Life, a 324-bed long-term care community, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while promoting a positive environment for residents and staff.
The RN Supervisor serves as a key leader during the shift, providing guidance to nursing staff, supporting resident care needs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to maintain excellent standards of care.

Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff.
Ensure resident care is delivered according to individualized care plans, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
Oversee medication administration, resident assessments, and overall resident safety.
Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality resident outcomes.
Serve as a leadership resource and point of contact for staff, residents, families, and administration during assigned shifts.
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
Current Pennsylvania RN license required.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to excellent resident care.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
