Your New Role
- Based out of Green, Ohio, serving residential customers within an approximately 40-mile service radius
- Lead residential HVAC installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor comfort systems
- Perform complete HVAC system replacements and new system installations according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Oversee job site workflow while maintaining high-quality workmanship and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation timelines, system operation, and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, HVAC installation procedures, and company quality expectations
- Complete installation documentation accurately and on time

Job requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience required
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, HVAC installation best practices, and basic sheet metal work
- Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical job duties
- Basic computer skills for documentation and job tracking
