We are a privately owned company contracted with FedEx Corp. to deliver and pick up packages out of the Nashville, TN FedEx Ground Terminal.
We are seeking FULL TIME & PART TIME PERMANENT Delivery Drivers. If you are a RELIABLE, HARDWORKING, TEAM FOCUSED individual, we’d love to have you on our team!
Delivery Driver Pay/Benefits:
- $180 to $200 per day (depending on experience)
- Threshold bonuses available
- Paid Training
- 1 week PTO (after 1 year)

Delivery Driver Qualifications:
- No commercial driving experience required, though prior experience is preferred. This role involves operating a step van
- An F endorsement is required & must be obtained prior to the start of training
- be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid Driver’s License (MVR will be checked)
- pass a full background check (no cost to you)
- immediatey pass a drug test & DOT physical (no cost to you) – this is a safety sensitive position
- be able to handle large and/or heavy packages up to 150 lbs. with the help of a hand truck
- be able to climb stairs & work in all types of weather
- have a working smart phone & willing to use it on the job for GPS & communication

Delivery Driver Responsibilities - include but not limited to:
- Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle
- Finish loading/sort vehicle according to assigned route for the day, as needed
- Safely & timely complete assigned stops/packages
We operate 6 days per week; Saturday work available – flexible 5 day schedules
Pay: $180.00 - $200.00 per day
