Doug's Mazda is looking for experienced hourly and flat-rate technicians. We are looking to add multiple well versed technicians, as well as lube technicians to our already existing team! We have brand new facilities and a great service team! We are looking for skilled technicians and lube technicians with a great attitude who work well with others and have a willingness to learn. Technician Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend repairs.
- Utilize hand and power tools for vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections/diagnosis to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Repair and maintain automotive electrical systems, powertrains, and gas/electric/hybrid engines.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with advisor and parts teams regarding vehicle issues and concerns.
Express Technician Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools for vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections/diagnosis to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Maintain automotive powertrain gas/electric/hybrid engines
- Perform open campaigns and recalls as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with advisor and parts teams regarding vehicle issues and concerns.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
