The lodge group is seeking qualified graveyard bartenders! Must have knowledge in gaming and gaming related systems. Experience using Konami Synkros preferred but not required.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic math skills for tab calculations.
- Assist in promoting special events or drink offerings to enhance sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in a nightclub , bar or pool.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage recipes is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tab calculations are essential.
- Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues during busy shifts.
