Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Location: Lake Worth, FL
Shift: Full Time
Salary: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
Palm Beach Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized therapy programs.
Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
Guide residents through exercises and therapeutic activities.
Monitor and document resident progress and report any changes to the therapy team.
Maintain therapy equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
Foster a positive and motivating environment for residents.
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Florida.
Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
