Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour + Commission + Bonuses

We are looking for a conscientious, dedicated Pest & Wildlife Control Technician who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about customers.
As a Pest & Wildlife Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering superior service to our residential and commercial customers throughout Ventura County and Los Angeles County. We perform a wide range of services including burrowing pest control, rodent control, nuisance wildlife management, ant control, wasp treatments, exclusions, and preventative pest management.
Branch 2 Field Representatives are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Applicator License holders and AG Card holders are encouraged to apply.

JOB SUMMARY
- Perform detailed inspections of customer properties
- Deliver high-quality pest and wildlife control services
- Identify conducive conditions and recommend corrective actions
- Educate customers regarding pest issues and solutions
- Prepare service recommendations and proposals when needed
- Meet company service and sales goals
- Maintain accurate service records
- Continually improve technical knowledge and skills

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening and drug testing
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment regularly
- Ability to climb ladders and occasionally work at heights
- Branch 2 or Applicator License preferred
- Will train the right candidate, but licensing must be obtained within 90 days
