Key Responsibilities:
Warranty & Paint Repairs
- Perform paint touch-ups and repairs in new and existing homes
- Address warranty-related paint issues with attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Match existing paint textures and finishes to ensure a seamless appearance
- Identify and resolve paint defects and minor cosmetic issues efficiently
Customer Service & Communication
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
- Represent KYCO Services with a positive attitude and excellent customer service
- Ensure homeowners feel informed and satisfied throughout the repair process
Project & Worksite Management
- Manage daily schedules and travel between job sites throughout Utah County and surrounding areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at each worksite
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Additional Duties
- Assist with additional warranty-related tasks as needed
- Support other departments and team members when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous painting experience is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently in the field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have a clean MVR to qualify for a company vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout Utah County and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
