Duties
- Cover a variety of minimally invasive spine procedures on a daily basis.
- Be able to troubleshoot challenges in the operating room.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and personalized communication.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications of our products.
- Manage assigned territory by identifying potential clients, developing strategic plans, and executing sales activities to maximize coverage.
- Prepare professional proposals using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, highlighting product advantages aligned with client needs.
- Follow up consistently with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster ongoing relationships.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or field sales within B2B (business-to-business) environments, preferably in scientific or medical equipment technical sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through effective negotiation, deal closing, and account management strategies.
- Preferably strong background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales with a solid understanding of scientific/medical terminology and technical product specifications.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Experience in enterprise selling, customer service excellence, and building long-lasting client relationships within healthcare or scientific sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentation purposes.
