We're looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator who can manage a high-volume pipeline, stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of getting deals to the closing table.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Own 30+ active transactions from contract through closing
- Track deadlines, documents, title requirements, and closing dates
- Coordinate with sellers, buyers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and our internal team
- Catch problems before they jeopardize a closing
- Handle difficult seller and transaction conversations professionally and confidently
- Follow up relentlessly when outside parties aren't responding
- Hold all parties accountable to deadlines and next steps
- Solve title, financing, documentation, and last-minute closing issues
- Keep transaction files and CRM records accurate and current
- Keep leadership informed without needing to be chased for updates
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- 2+ years of real estate transaction, title, closing, or similar experience
- Experience managing transactions from contract through closing
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Confidence handling difficult conversations
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and competing deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- A proactive, persistent approach — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
Florida real estate transaction experience is strongly preferred.
PAY & SCHEDULE
Compensation: $90,000-$100,000
Schedule: Full-Time 9:00am-6:00pm EST hours
Location: Remote
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
