We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has at least 3+ years in front-of-house leadership (GM, AGM, FOH manager).
- Has back-of-house chops – ideally a former line cook or kitchen manager.
- Knows the Bar business- we have a horseshoe bar and want to be the bar for locals!
- Can Build Business - we're not only looking for management, we're looking for someone who knows how to actively Grow the business!
- Can manage a P&L: handle food cost, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships with precision.
- Lives to create memorable guest experiences – and has a track record of doing just that.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and developing a team of 20–30.
- Driving daily operations from opening to close (in mid-afternoon!).
- Maintaining budgets, food and labor costs, and local store marketing.
- Setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.
- Partnering with ownership and brand leaders to grow the location and your career.
