Parmar Homes is a luxury home staging and furniture leasing company based in Los Angeles.
We are looking for a highly organized, polished, client-facing operations lead to work directly alongside the founders and help manage day-to-day communication, scheduling, consultations, logistics, and project coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing many moving parts at once.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage client and agent communication Coordinate consultations, installs, and removals Oversee scheduling and project calendars Coordinate movers, warehouse team, and logistics Assist with proposals, invoicing, and follow-ups Maintain CRM and project tracking systems Help support furniture leasing operations
QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and polished demeanor Strong follow-through and accountability Comfortable in fast-paced environments Experience in operations, hospitality, real estate, design, or client services preferred
COMPENSATION $70,000–$85,000 depending on experience Growth opportunity within the company
