Job Summary: The Event & Experiential Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of events from post-contract signing to final invoicing. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with various departments, and overseeing all logistical aspects of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships post-contract signing to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.• Ensure all items are ordered as necessary for any assigned programs.
- Ensure third party vendors are contracted for any assigned programs and manage accordingly.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure they have what they need for assigned upcoming programs, including signed proofs, materials, and product understanding.
- Schedule dock times for load-ins and -outs.• Be on-site for program load-ins and -outs (when necessary) to ensure client expectations are met.
- Act as the onsite window dresser, ensuring the visual presentation meets client expectations.
- Add all client additions (prior to the program and on-site) to the contract.
- Serve as the on-site face for By Dzign to the client, venue, and partners.• Conduct final walk-throughs with the client, venue and crew as necessary.
- Ensure post event inventory is taken and charges applied if and when applicable.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure the final invoice is accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nevada state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of event management and hotel / venue operations.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
Qualifications Continued:
o Lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
o Stand for long periods of time.
o Work in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
