We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized and working in a collaborative office environment. Responsibilities:
As a member of our Customer Service team, you will help ensure a positive experience for our customers while supporting the daily operations of our office.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting domestic customers with placing orders and providing order follow-up.
- Building the knowledge and experience needed to manage international customer accounts.
- Responding to customer product inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Processing returned goods authorizations (RGAs) and assisting with discrepancy reports.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Performing data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
- Assisting in other areas of the office as needed.
- Filing paperwork.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and accurate typing skills.
- Experience with FileMaker Pro and Mac operating systems is a plus.
The starting wage for this position is $21/hr with a full time benefits package that includes:
