We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will perform physical examinations, evaluate donor suitability based on the established criteria, and assess test results. Provide counseling to donors regarding unsuitable test results, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
Training: All selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training before being placed in the position to ensure they are fully prepared to perform their duties effectively and by following our Standard Operating Procedures to comply with the FDA and other regulatory standards under the direct supervision of the Physician.
Qualifications:
- LPN licensure in the NY state (Licensure must be maintained).
- CPR certified (certification must be maintained).
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
