Business Development Manager Role Overview:
To support our continued growth and impact, we are seeking a resultsdriven Business Development Manager to grow sales through new account acquisition, current account management and channel partners within the Quick Service, Fast Casual, and Convenience Store segments.
This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a strong hunter mindset who thrives on identifying opportunities, opening doors, solving customer challenges, and converting opportunities into profitable growth. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Sales – Chains, this position will play a key role in executing growth strategy, expanding market share, and supporting major customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
New Business Development

Identifying, pursuing, and winning new strategic quick service and convenience store account opportunities to grow profitable revenue.

Building and managing a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities into measurable results.

Identifyingdeveloping relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

Leveraging a consultative sales to uncover customer needs and pain points, presenting compelling value-based solutions, and developing ROI-based solutions.
Account GrowthCustomer Management

Growing revenue within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding customer partnerships.

Maintaining strong customer relationships while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.

Resolving customer issues and support implementation to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Sales ExecutionCollaboration

Partnering with the Sr. VP Sales – Chains and independent sales representatives to execute growth strategies.

Collaborating cross-functionally to solve customer challenges and support successful sales outcomes.

Supporting and leading channel partners and independent sales representatives to expand reach and drive results.

Utilizing the Miller Heiman Strategic Selling process (training provided; certification required).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7+ years of business development experience with QSR, Fast Casual,C-Store accounts

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or related field

Foodservice industry experience preferred but not required

Experience selling into complex organizations and navigating multiple stakeholders

Miller Heiman Strategic Selling process (training provided; certification required).

Self-motivated and proven "hunter" mentality with demonstrated deal-closing ability; Strong communication and presentation skills
Travel

Up to 60% travel across the U.S.
