We are looking for a driven, hungry, confident, and relationship-focused Buyer to join our team.
The Opportunity
You will be speaking directly with clients, calling fresh leads, sourcing vehicles, negotiating deals, and closing business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactive outreach, speaking with clients looking to sell their vehicles
- Dialing out the phone and sending messages.
- Getting to qualified leads quickly, and following up diligently
- Building trust and rapport quickly
- Setting appointments and getting sellers to show up
- Evaluating vehicles in person and negotiating the purchase price
- Working closely with the team to close deals efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident, personable, relationship-driven, and present well
- Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to succeed
- Comfortable in a commission-based environment
- Computer literate, tech-savvy, CRM experience
- Automotive industry experience preferred, but not essential
- Represent the Phillips Auto brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism at every touchpoint, ensuring a customer first experience
