You own the P&L, the guest experience, and the team's performance.
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead our Quality Inn in Panama City, FL. This is a limited-service property in a competitive coastal market. We need a leader who understands revenue, cost control, and team accountability.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Full P&L management including labor, flow-through, and GOP performance
- Driving RevPAR through rate integrity and local sales strategy
- Hiring, training, and holding staff accountable to brand standards
- Guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management
- Brand compliance and successful QA inspections
- Asset protection, maintenance oversight, and capital planning
- Weekly reporting to ownership with clear action plans
What Success Looks Like
- Labor aligned to occupancy and demand patterns
- Breakfast and housekeeping cost per occupied room controlled
- Guest review scores consistently trending upward
- Clean, well-maintained property with zero deferred issues
- Strong local relationships generating repeat and corporate business
Qualifications
- Prior hotel General Manager experience required
- Choice Hotels experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of hotel financial statements
- Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction and financial results
- Strong hiring and team development skills
- Comfortable in a hands-on operating environment
