Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining processes, including CNC programming and precision measuring. You will be responsible for producing high-quality medical components while adhering to strict specifications and safety standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all machining tasks.
Duties
- Operate/Setup/Program CNC milling machines and/or Swiss lathes to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure precise machining.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, and optical comparators to verify dimensions.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, CAD software, and CAM programming tools is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and tooling effectively.
- Basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes.

Base Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
