Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Special Education (SPED) Certification for Michigan, with appropriate SPED endorsement
- Previous experience working with students identified with mild to moderate educational needs is preferred

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s learning requirements, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Provide direct instruction and resource support, adapting curriculum and teaching strategies as needed
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations
- Foster positive relationships with students, providing encouragement and advocacy for their academic, behavioral, and social growth
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers and support staff to promote academic integration and inclusivity
