We’re growing and are looking for Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants to join our team in the Columbus and Springfield, Ohio markets.
This is a hybrid position that offers the best of both worlds: Primary care office visits, Caring for patients in assisted living, skilled nursing, and long-term care communities
You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with your patients while practicing medicine in a variety of settings.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical exams and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Diagnose and treat illnesses while ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists, therapy, home health, hospice, and facility staff. Perform therapeutic procedures within your scope of practice. Educate patients and families while promoting preventive care and healthy lifestyles. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to provide outstanding care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
