Automotive Assembly / Production Worker

Starting Pay: $18.25+/hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 8–12 Hour Shifts | Weekends as Needed
Job Summary
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Automotive Assembly / Production Workers for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility in Highland Park, MI. Candidates will be responsible for assisting in the production and assembly of automotive parts while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a physically demanding production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive components and parts on a production line
- Operate basic manufacturing and production equipment
- Perform quality inspections on products and materials
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Meet daily production and attendance expectations
Requirements
- Recent automotive manufacturing or production experience required
- Stable work history with good job tenure preferred
- Ability to stand and/or walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be dependable with strong attendance
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous assembly line experience
- Experience working in automotive plants or manufacturing facilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
