We are seeking a motivated and dependable Final Mile Delivery Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
- Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper weight distribution and safe lifting practices.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently using mobile devices for directions and delivery updates, maintaining punctuality throughout the day.
- Interact professionally with customers during delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns courteously.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with maintenance schedules.
- Assist with warehouse operations when needed, including material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks and moving heavy items safely.
- Complete all delivery documentation accurately, including logs for inbound/outbound shipments and incident reports if necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or similar roles involving route driving and manual handling.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks, commercial trucks, or personal vehicles for delivery purposes.
- Ability to lift heavy packages regularly while following safe lifting practices; experience with manual transmission is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, and moving heavy loads efficiently.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight handling in the workplace.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via mobile devices or in person.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift; comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Pay: $170.00 - $200.00 per day
