The Homeplace is an Assisted Living that offers Memory Care in our Dorchester community. Our caregiver teams focus on enriching the lives of residents by providing personalized care that supports independence and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide compassionate support in memory care and ensure residents' rights are upheld.
- Maintain a clean and safe living space for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Having a compassionate and caring nature
- Being reliable and dependable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Maintaining a Positive Attitude
