Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and piping.

Respond to service calls promptly, providing efficient and high-quality plumbing solutions for homeowners.

Inspect plumbing systems and fixtures to detect issues and recommend repair or replacement options.

Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and drainage issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.

Educate customers on plumbing issues and provide repair or replacement options. Present solutions clearly, explain pricing, and recommend services that best meet the customer's needs while delivering excellent customer service

Prepare and complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle.

Follow all safety guidelines, plumbing codes, and company procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to update job statuses and ensure smooth workflow.

Represent the company professionally through excellent customer service and a courteous attitude.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

At least 3 years plumbing experience required.
-
Some type of plumbing license required: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters preferred.
-
Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
-
Clean background check.
