We're seeking a results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the dedicated marketing partner for HBKS Wealth Management. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working embedded within the HBKS team while leveraging corporate marketing resources to drive lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.

Wealth management or financial advisory marketing experience required - must demonstrate deep understanding of high-net-worth (HNW) client acquisition, advisor marketing, and wealth management business models
Digital marketing expertise: SEO/SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn), social media marketing, email marketing, with proven lead generation results
Analytics and reporting: Google Analytics, marketing attribution, data analysis, and performance optimization with demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates
