Location: Clay County Medical Center – Clay Center, KS
Position Type: Full-time Moday- Friday day shift.
Job Summary
Clay County Medical Center is currently seeking a patient-centered Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a full-time M-F 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. This role supports high-quality patient care in a hospital setting and works closely with nursing and clinical staff.
Current Kansas CNA certification in good standing
Eligible to work as a CNA in the state of Kansas
Hospital experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Assist patients with activities of daily living
Support nursing staff with patient care tasks
Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
