Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $85,000.00
The base salary range for this position is $83,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences. Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Division Director, the Program Director provides operational oversight on pooled/shared activities (supervision of shared administrative staff, maintenance of shared equipment and space, manage site compliance issues related to TJC, etc.) and maintain operational, fiscal and programmatic oversight of one or more identified core programs. The Program Director works with staff, community agencies, and other entities to provide quality services.
Key Responsibilities –
Program Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and manage the program in obtaining operational, contractual, budgetary, Joint Commission, safety, practice, and policy standards.
- Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and develop direct reports per agency guidelines.
- Manage the implementation of Best Practice and Quality Assurance efforts.
- Work in partnership with other Aspiranet program leaders to support shared operational, administrative and programmatic functions.
Program Management & Operations
- Oversee daily program operations and ensure alignment with goals and funding requirements
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and quality
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and agency policies
- Manage program resources within budget guidelines
- When needed, manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely, organized, and effective service delivery based on individual needs and program requirements.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Attend program level networking meetings
- Complete outreach, service promotion, and enrollment/registration activities
- Liaison with partners, referring agencies and community entities
Data & Continuous Improvement
- Track program data and use insights to guide decision-making
- Support program planning, evaluation, and reporting
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related counseling field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a public or private child welfare social services setting, or specific experience working with transition age youth who are 18 to 25 years of age
- 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- Ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirements (background clearance, TB test, etc.)
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is fully on-site. This role requires availability for occasional evening hours and after-hours crisis consultation on a rotating basis. Travel is required for site visits or meetings. This role is based in a collaborative office environment where Aspiranet provides a wide continuum of Social and Behavioral Health Services.
