Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motorcycle enthusiast and is able to self-motivate, have great customer service skills, entrepreneurial minded, charismatic, enthusiastic, possess a positive work ethic and enjoys meeting new people. A motorcycle license is required; if you do not have one, you will need to get it within 90 days. Saturdays are required.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Ride Used Bikes in and out daily
- Assist customers in choosing the right bike for their needs and wants
- Patiently and persistently follow up on all customers using our structured process
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, office and desk
- Attend rides outside of the dealership to build rapport with customers without pay
Experience:
- Prior sales experience in Power Sports Industry or Automotive a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage sales support activities effectively; including, but not limited, to using Customer Retention Software and text software to meet our customers schedules and needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday 9am to 6pm
Saturday 8am to 5pm
Pay: Base salary plus commissions, these will be discussed during the interview process
