Compensation
- $22–$25 per hour, based on experience and performance

What You'll Do
- Perform professional residential cleaning services
- Complete recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning projects
- Follow Elevated Home Resets cleaning standards and checklists
- Work independently or as part of a cleaning team
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Document completed work when requested
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout every service
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of paid professional residential cleaning experience
- Experience cleaning homes without direct supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning products, proper chemical usage, and surface care
- Ability to identify appropriate products for different materials and finishes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Smartphone with reliable data service
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
Equipment Requirements
Contractors are expected to provide their own professional cleaning equipment and supplies.
Service Areas
Our team serves clients throughout:
- Fredericksburg
- Stafford
- Spotsylvania
- Woodbridge
- Prince William County
- Fairfax County
- Alexandria
- Surrounding Northern Virginia communities
Applicants will select the service zone(s) they'd like to cover. We aim to keep projects within approximately 30–45 minutes of your preferred service area whenever possible.
