Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Total Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)
Location: Columbia, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Director/BCBA to lead our growing Columbia, Maryland clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring clinicians, developing high-performing teams, and creating a culture centered on clinical excellence and compassionate care.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Columbia clinic.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
- Partner with Operations and Human Resources to support clinic growth, staff development, and exceptional client care.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and supportive environment for families and team members.
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Maryland LBA or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA services
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements
