Apple Grove Montessori Preschool is an early learning center for infants, toddlers, Prekindergarten, and school-age children. Our mission is to provide an inviting, structured, and stimulating educational experience that promotes every child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
We are currently seeking a Montessori Certified Lead Pre-K Teacher (full-time/part-time).
Qualified individual must have:
- At least 2–3 years of experience working at a licensed childcare or early learning center with Pre-K children.
- Montessori Certified.
- Curriculum implementation experience for a class of 10 to 15 Pre-K children.
- Classroom management skills.
- The ability to work well with other individuals, including parents, co-workers, and the Director.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to drive a childcare van.
The position we are seeking is for a teacher working the current schedule of Monday through Friday.
Applicant for this position must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and be Montessori certified. The right individual must be extremely reliable and punctual, nurturing, energetic, and patient while working with Pre-K and school-age children.
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
