Property Manager (Residential Rentals) – CasaKey / All In One Property Solutions NC
CasaKey is a new and fast-growing property management company and we are looking for a new Property Manager to help our firm.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for assigned rental properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors professionally and promptly
- Assist with listing and marketing vacant properties
- Prepare and track leases, renewals, and notices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing standards
- Work closely with the owner, virtual assistants, and inspectors to streamline operations
- Provide excellent service and follow-up with owners and tenants
- Help develop and refine CasaKey’s property management systems and processes
Requirements
- Prior Property Management or Real Estate experience (preferred)
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Self-Motivated
- Computer Savvy (Apple proficient, Google Suite, Canva, and PM software experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
- Professional, Positive Attitude and Team Player
Benefits
- Pay: $16–$22/hour, depending on experience
